The enquiry form

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email, brand or website and the challenge you describe. Enquiries are stored in protected website storage and can be viewed by the site owner after sign-in. We use this information to respond and assess a possible engagement. Please avoid sharing passwords, customer records or sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.

Email enquiries

When you send an email, the information you provide is used to respond and discuss a possible engagement. Email delivery also involves your email provider and the recipient's email service. Their respective privacy practices apply.

Website operation

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting service may process technical request information and set security cookies to deliver and protect the site. This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies.

Retention

We keep enquiry records while assessing and discussing a possible engagement. You can request deletion by emailing hello@griqmedia.com. Any records needed for an agreed engagement or applicable record-keeping obligations may be retained separately.

You can contact us to ask about information you have shared or request its correction or deletion. We will assess your request and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
