How fees are agreed
Diagnostics are quoted as fixed-scope projects. Leadership is quoted as a monthly retainer with agreed availability. Execution is quoted by project or ongoing scope.
Every proposal explains the work included, fee, payment schedule and any additional costs. Changes are discussed before extra work begins.
