Find out what deserves attention first.
A Growth Diagnostic gives your leadership team a structured view of a defined growth challenge, the evidence behind it and the actions worth prioritising.
What you receive
- A concise assessment of the agreed business challenge.
- Findings supported by the available data, with assumptions clearly identified.
- A prioritised opportunity list explaining impact, effort and dependencies.
- A 90-day action plan with proposed owners and measures.
- A presentation and discussion with your leadership team.
What we can review
The agreed scope may cover acquisition economics, channel performance, customer retention, lifecycle activity, website conversion, measurement or market expansion readiness.
We define the areas before starting. A diagnostic does not automatically include every channel or market.
How it works
Scope and access: Agree the question, review areas, required information and participants.
Review: Examine the available reports and speak with relevant team members.
Prioritise: Separate supported findings from unresolved questions, then recommend the next actions.
Present: Walk through the assessment and action plan with your leadership team.
Timing and fees
A focused diagnostic is designed to take approximately two weeks once the agreed information is available. Broader work receives a separate timeline.
You receive a fixed project fee and payment terms before work begins. Implementation is a separate engagement.
What we need from you
A named business contact, the agreed reports and access, and time with the people who understand the activity. If the available information cannot answer a question, we explain the gap and recommend how to investigate it.
What happens next?
You can implement the plan with your own team, continue with fractional leadership or discuss execution support. Further engagement is optional.
